Returns & Exchanges. We stand behind the quality of all our products. If you receive a mask or filter that is defective in some way, you may return it and receive a replacement of the exact same item. If you receive an item and decide that you no longer want it, we will accept a return for refund provided that it is in its original, unopened packaging and within thirty (30) days of receiving delivery. For returns, please email a request to email@example.com. Please put the word "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" in the subject line of the email. We will reach out with further instructions.
For hygienic reasons, if you have removed either a mask or filter from its shipping box and have opened the packaging of either, neither is returnable or exchangeable, unless it is defective in some way. Thank you for understanding this important policy.
